Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors are locked when practice begins.

Jay Prakash Shuklaji's path to yoga began during a time of inner questioning. Seeking deeper meaning, he entered the ashram where disciplined practice became his way of living.

Since 2011, he has been immersed in classical yogic traditions, learning within the Sivananda and Ashtanga lineages. He teaches with quiet presence.
